How do I create an account?

Download MixSense from the App Store or Google Play, or visit app.mixsense.co. You can sign up with your email or Google account.

Is MixSense really free?

Yes! The free tier gives you access to core ear training exercises, daily sessions, progress tracking, and your Ear Score. No credit card required. Premium unlocks additional content and features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MixSense → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → MixSense → Cancel. On web: manage it from your account settings at app.mixsense.co or email us.

I was charged after my free trial. Can I get a refund?

If you forgot to cancel before your trial ended, contact us at support@mixsense.co and we'll do our best to help. For App Store or Google Play purchases, you may also request a refund directly through Apple or Google.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

First, try updating to the latest version of MixSense. If the issue persists, restart the app and check your internet connection. Still stuck? Email us with details about your device and the issue.

Can I use MixSense on multiple devices?

Yes! Your account syncs across iOS, Android, and web. Just sign in with the same account on each device.

How does the Ear Score work?

Your Ear Score measures your listening ability across EQ, compression, balance, and effects. It goes up as you correctly complete exercises and improves over time with consistent training.
